What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and planning processes.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track business performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends across revenue, expenses, and key operational metrics to translate data into actionable insights.
• Business Support: Partner with finance team members to support functional areas such as Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, including exploring new tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with internships or early career experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate clear, structured insights, high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, and strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), intellectual curiosity, and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation tools) to improve financial analysis.
