FP&A Analyst | TCS World Travel

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TCS World Travel, located remotely with initial travel to Seattle, WA for onboarding. TCS World Travel, part of Travelopia, has over 30 years of experience in developing and operating luxury jet expeditions to over 200 destinations, providing all-inclusive journeys and bespoke travel experiences. The FP&A Analyst will be a core member of the Finance team, acting as the main financial partner for TCS business departments to support strategic decision-making and drive business expansion. This role leads the company’s financial rhythm of business, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, and develops forward-looking financial models and analytics.

• Team: Reports to the VP of Finance, working within the Finance team and cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Data & Reporting.
• Mission: Own the financial rhythm of business, develop forward-looking financial models, and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365 applications, ERP systems, AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including annual planning, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze: Develop actionable insights into the key drivers of business performance and deliver forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify: Partner with Finance and cross-functional business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis, performance monitoring, and the development of key performance indicators.
• Report: Lead FP&A reporting for the parent company by consolidating financial results, business insights, and executive-level commentary.
• Enhance: Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline existing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the FP&A function.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: Relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or a related business analysis role. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex data, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, highly analytical and detail-oriented, proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, ERP systems, and AI tools.
• Bonus: A growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement and transformation, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
