What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations.
• Proactive Support: Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to customers.
• Leadership: Lead discussions with and impact the decision-making of healthcare executives.
• Risk Management: Isolate potential financial risks for customers and effectively convey those risks through communication.
• Impact: Apply numerical analysis to customers’ financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area with a history of academic success. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Work experience in a Finance-related field is preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL. Ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts.
• Bonus: Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions.
