• Mission: Ensure the Finance/Accounting department performs as efficiently as possible for MedPro Group by optimizing processes and systems.
• Tech Stack: advanced Excel, Tableau or similar data visualization tools, emerging AI tools, PowerPoint, Visio

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Metrics: Develop, analyze, and interpret financial KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights to influence business decision-making.
• Optimize Operations: Support and/or own the effectiveness of financial operations and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strong control execution.
• Improve Processes: Drive process improvements and employ technology solutions, including emerging AI tools, to enhance efficiency and accuracy across Finance Operations.
• Lead Initiatives: Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and process transformation efforts.
• Partner with IT: Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with evolving business needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with exposure to multiple financial disciplines (e.g., AP, AR, reporting, audit, risk).
• Experience: Experience working with financial data; experience with financial systems and tools; involvement in system implementations, enhancements, or large-scale process changes.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to identify and drive process improvements; strong analytical and technical capabilities; strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Bonus: Insurance or financial services industry experience; interest in or experience using emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools); strong PowerPoint and process documentation skills.
