• Location: In-person, Franklin Lakes, NJ, with relocation for second year
• Pay: $95600–$153000 yearly
• Mission: Accelerate the development of early career associates who aspire to become senior leaders in the field of Finance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Planning: Work on strategic financial planning and analytical tasks within various business units.
• Operations Finance: Contribute to financial management within operational aspects.
• Financial Systems: Engage with and support financial systems and processes.
• Internal Audit: Participate in internal audit functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Investor Relations: Support activities related to communicating with investors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management, or other related majors, with an expected graduation between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Experience: Previous intern or co-op experience in Finance is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated technical aptitude, strong leadership potential, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and achieve results.
