What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions using self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
• Solution Connection: Connect clients to appropriate financial solutions that meet their established financial goals.
• Operational Excellence: Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence by following established processes and guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent; ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Experience: An enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results; effective collaboration and relationship building; confidence in identifying solutions for clients and communicating effectively; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; standout preferred qualification: Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
• Skills: Customer and Client Focus, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Oral Communications, Business Acumen.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions; one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals; six months of cash handling experience; Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
