Financial Center Client Service Representative | Bank of America

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Actively engage clients within the financial center lobby to provide support and guidance.
• Self-Service Education: Educate and assist clients in utilizing self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs for their transactions.
• Cash Management: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Needs Assessment: Engage in deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them with appropriate solutions that align with their goals.
• Operational Compliance: Execute the bank’s risk culture and follow established processes and guidelines to ensure client and bank best interests, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results, always acting in the best interest of the client. Requires the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve goals, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Experience: Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms; confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients’ needs. Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
• Skills: Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Adaptability.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions; one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals; six months of cash handling experience; Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
