• Mission: Formulate new business proposals, develop company forecasts and valuations, evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios, and prepare documents related to the public issuance of stock.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive new business development: Formulate compelling new business proposals and actively support the prioritization and successful closure of key deals that hold strategic or financial significance for the company within the chemicals sector.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis: Develop accurate company forecasts and valuations, undertaking strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation to inform critical business leadership decisions.
• Evaluate complex M&A scenarios: Assess potential merger and acquisition scenarios, performing in-depth business case development, financial modeling, accounting, and valuation analyses that incorporate probability, time, cost, budget impacts, and expected returns.
• Prepare public offering documentation: Diligently prepare all necessary documents and materials related to the public issuance of stock, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advise on strategic investments: Make authoritative recommendations that significantly impact the business, and participate actively in formulating the strategy to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on product pipeline candidates for optimal investment decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of general work experience.
• Skills:
• Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial and economic models for financial planning or monitoring purposes.
• Data Analysis: Determine and analyze trends from collected data to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
• Numerical Proficiency: Understand numerical concepts and apply them to carry out mathematical operations, such as analyzing reports.
• Budget Management: Estimate and manage the effort and finances required to complete work within budget.
