Financial Analyst – Treasury | Techtronic Industries – TTI

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TTI Floor Care North America, located in Anderson, SC. TTI Floor Care North America is a high-growth market leader in its industry. This role is crucial for supporting the Treasury cash management and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring the continuous monitoring of the group’s cash position. The Financial Analyst will be a key interface across various business groups within the organization.

• Team: Reports to the Treasury Manager on site.
• Mission: Ensure continuous monitoring of the group’s cash position and support Accounts Payable functions through operational excellence.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Processes: Build and maintain end-to-end processes, workflows, and capabilities, focusing on operational excellence while ensuring proper internal controls.
• Payments: Maintain wire and ACH invoice files, process them for payment approval, and transmit payment files to the operating bank.
• Invoicing: Enter and process vendor invoices for payment approval and validate invoices posted through the EDI process.
• Reconciliations: Prepare daily reconciliations of bank accounts (intra/previous day) and related General Ledger accounts.
• Reporting & Projects: Support month-end cash management processes for financial closing, prepare cash reconciliations for interim and year-end financial audits, and participate in special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Work experience of 2+ years preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills; commitment to quality, accuracy, and problem-solving ability; strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience operating in an ERP system is preferred (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).
