What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Partner with Operations Controllers and Regional Vice Presidents to deliver financial insights that support operational planning and business decision-making.
• Analysis: Analyze monthly financial results to identify key drivers, trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting & Tools: Develop and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools while supporting ad hoc analytical requests from business leadership.
• Data Management: Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance and emerging trends to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operational finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with SQL to query and manipulate data, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience creating dashboards or reports using Power BI or a similar data visualization tool, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
