The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
Project Support: Adapt to project needs and assist in various areas to support overall project accounting and finance functions.
Payroll & HR Management: Master systems and workflows to properly hire, transfer, terminate, and pay all employees according to established processes.
Accounts Payable & Purchasing: Comprehend purchasing workflows, manage invoice processing, troubleshoot payment or vendor issues, and maintain internal controls.
Cost Control & Reporting: Review costs, quantity claiming, budget structure, and exception reports, making corrections to ensure accurate financial reporting for management.
Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Participate in the month-end close-out process and assist with preparing a financial reporting package for project management, including identifying and adjusting forecast and budget issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Experience: 0-3+ years of financial/data analysis experience. Travel and/or relocation (up to 50%) may be required.
• Skills: Effective communication (both oral and written), strong organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bonus: Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred. Sole US citizenship is required to obtain badge access to the site.
