The Tone:
This is a full-time role at CB Partners, LLC, for a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in the company’s growth strategy. The Financial Analyst will support mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and executive decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support strategic initiatives from initial evaluation through integration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Analysis: Perform financial analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario planning to support M&A activity.
• Due Diligence: Participate in financial, operational, and commercial due diligence for prospective acquisitions.
• Integration Support: Assist with acquisition integration planning, reporting, and post-close performance tracking.
• Reporting: Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and investment materials for senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or M&A.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence, or strategic finance initiatives, M&A transaction support, business valuation, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience, experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools, or a CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification.
