This role is crucial for supporting the CTO business by partnering with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver structured insights, reporting, and planning support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Financial Processes: Support financial planning and reporting processes across the company.
• Generate Reports: Maintain and update recurring financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet views, for company-wide planning cycles.
• Analyze Performance: Assist in forecast updates, track variances, and consolidate inputs from various stakeholders.
• Monitor Spend: Monitor capital and operating spend against the plan, identifying variance drivers, timing risks, and potential exposure.
• Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort by leveraging automation and AI tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and GAAP.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in advanced Microsoft Excel for modeling, data manipulation, and reporting, and familiarity with ERP or planning systems.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (modeling, data manipulation, reporting), Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and GAAP, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for workflow efficiency.
