What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Unit Support: Provide essential research, in-depth analysis, and comprehensive project coordination to effectively support an assigned business unit’s operational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team activities, attend meetings, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing activities and assigned projects by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues, gaining insights into project methodologies.
• Process Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest specific, implementable changes to existing processes and tools, with the aim of enhancing overall performance, improving efficiency, and boosting customer/client satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Understanding: Develop a nuanced understanding of critical internal and external relationships with stakeholders, discerning their performance expectations and specific needs to foster effective partnerships.
• Project Fulfillment: Diligently fulfill all tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner, and participate in periodic reviews to share updates on assigned projects or initiatives and incorporate valuable feedback.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related non-technical field.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this entry-level role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; time management skills with an ability to work within defined timelines; proficiency in standard office software, specifically Excel; Advanced English proficiency.
• Bonus: Previous internships or campus involvement is considered a plus.
