Note on Salary: The base salary range provided ($45,000-$50,000 non-exempt salaried) is for a Senior Financial Analyst and not necessarily indicative of the internship compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to develop a strong understanding of SAP and financial reporting systems.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reviewing balance sheet and income statement accounts for potential errors.
  • Eagerness to learn the basic P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process and assist in researching & resolving accounts payable issues.
  • Participate in various physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and ensure continuous compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in providing monthly variance analysis, financial models, and projections to support business decisions.
  • Willingness to develop an understanding of the manufacturing environment and all key drivers of financial results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. (Students must be in the final semester of school).
  • Course requirements: A minimum of 6 hours of general accounting, 3 hours of cost accounting or management accounting, and 3 hours of finance.
  • Work Location: Though this position is 100% on-site, there will be accommodations made for student applicants.
