What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Assist with annual budgets, financial forecasts, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance trends and help identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Strategic Support: Support business development through market analysis, growth modeling, due diligence, and practice acquisition analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis; analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; good communication and presentation abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with NetSuite, SQL, or data visualization platforms; exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or reporting technologies.
