What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Assist in building and updating comprehensive models for OPEX, CAPEX, and consolidated financial forecasts, incorporating key drivers, assumptions, and sensitivities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare clear and structured variance analyses and support the creation of monthly dashboards and recurring reporting packages with actionable takeaways for FP&A leadership.
• Planning Cycles: Contribute to quarterly, annual, and long-range planning cycles by gathering, consolidating, and analyzing critical financial data.
• Business Partnership: Partner with stakeholders across corporate functions to translate their business activity into meaningful financial insights and support enterprise-wide initiatives such as ERP modernization.
• Process Improvement: Improve existing forecast models, templates, and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy, reduce manual effort, and contribute to reporting automation efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; suitable for new graduates or early career professionals.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; internship, co-op, or project experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Operations is preferred, along with exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or reporting through coursework or internships.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail; solid Excel fundamentals including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data cleanup; clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the meaning behind the numbers; a growth mindset, characterized by curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ERP, planning, or reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Adaptive, Anaplan); exposure to LLMs, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
