What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports tailored to support critical business and operational decision-making processes.
• Interpret: Systematically review and interpret financial statements, carefully identifying key trends, significant variances, and tangible opportunities for improvement across operations.
• Develop: Create robust financial models and conduct various ad hoc analyses to actively support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Partner: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of all financial data used throughout the organization.
• Assist: Provide direct support for essential budgeting, forecasting, financial reconciliations, and broader financial reporting activities.

• Background: Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience, specifically within healthcare finance, hospital finance, or clinical trial finance. This background is critical for understanding the unique financial landscape of the sector.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of three years of specialized experience in healthcare finance, hospital finance, or clinical trial finance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Furthermore, the proven ability to thoroughly read, interpret, and accurately analyze financial statements and various financial reports is essential for daily responsibilities.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are fundamental to this role. Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, is also required to manage complex financial information effectively. The ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines is crucial for success.
