• Mission: To own financial commentary and analysis for enterprise reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment for key stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of revenue, expenses, and other financial and operational KPIs with Acrisure’s Partners.
• Analysis: Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual financial results as compared to budget, reforecast, and prior year adjusted results.
• Planning: Support the budgeting, planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes across various stakeholders.
• Process Management: Manage and enhance processes for financial reporting to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of financial reporting packets.
• KPI Development: Partner cross functionally to support the development and enhancement of KPIs, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and auditability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Workday, Office Connect, enterprise reporting, GAAP, and insurance.
