What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities for the organization.
• Develop: Create and maintain robust financial models to inform strategic initiatives and critical business decisions.
• Analyze: Examine financial performance, identify key trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare: Compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Present: Communicate financial results and provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Three or more years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
