What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models, performing various financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences.
• Client Presentations: Prepare support documentation and client presentation materials, including due diligence questionnaires, working group lists, and lender presentations, in partnership with senior team members.
• Deal Support: Support the origination efforts, evaluate new opportunities, and assist in the execution of deals across multiple sectors and product assignments.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct industry and company research to support business development initiatives and fulfill ad-hoc client requests.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and execute information effectively in collaboration with various product groups and serve as a key resource for client deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to perform financial and statistical analyses, coupled with experience in preparing comprehensive support documentation and client presentation materials.
• Skills: Financial modeling, financial analysis (including valuations and merger consequences), statistical analysis, industry research, and client presentation development.
