As a Financial Analyst, you will be a foundational member of a client delivery pod, supporting Family Office Associates and Family CFOs in serving ultra-high-net-worth families, marking your entry point into a comprehensive family office career track.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Picture Management: Help construct and maintain the complete financial overview for each client, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and tax, trust, and estate reporting.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: Prepare the underlying data for quarterly client reviews, ensuring its accuracy and consistency before client presentation.
• Operational Oversight: Own the process of money movement and bill payment for ultra-high-net-worth families, where precision and timing are critical.
• Client Support & Discrepancy Resolution: Serve as a crucial checkpoint across client accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they reach the client, and managing bespoke financial analysis and personal administration projects.
• Foundational Knowledge Building: Develop a working understanding of taxes, portfolio construction, asset classes, and investment products, alongside trust and estate planning principles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfortable learning new systems quickly; strong analytical rigor; meticulous attention to detail; clear and professional communication; sound judgment.
• Bonus: Exposure to wealth management, family office services, or client-facing work; an appetite for finding better ways to do things with technology and AI.
