What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Oversight: Own all financial aspects inherent in the Epic-Customer relationship, meticulously ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions and reporting.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a fair and trusted partner, working collaboratively across internal functions to anticipate and clearly communicate financial considerations to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactive Financial Management: Drive the financial health of Epic and support successful customer relationships through diligent financial tracking, proactive forecasting, and timely escalation of potential issues.
• Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customer executive and leadership teams, acting as a key financial point of contact.
• Internal Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with bright, motivated people across various roles within the company, leveraging diverse perspectives in a creative work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or greater in Finance or a closely related major.
• Experience: Demonstrate a consistent history of academic and professional success; eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship; willingness to relocate to Madison, WI, with financial relocation assistance provided; COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement.
• Skills: Exhibit strong capabilities in financial tracking, financial forecasting, and the clear communication of complex financial considerations; adeptly manage all financial aspects of customer relationships.
