As a Financial Analyst within Corporate FP&A, you will be a key member of the finance organization, supporting core financial planning and analysis activities. This role is crucial for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that drive business decisions, improve financial visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency and performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Support annual, forecast, and long-range financial planning processes, including periodic updates and analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations, analyzing actual results against forecasts and budgets to explain performance drivers.
• Month-End Activities: Assist with month-end close activities including accruals, journal entries, variance analysis, and managing monthly cost trackers.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with various finance, accounting, and business functions to provide analytical support for informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, and data management processes and contribute to special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Career level: Early-Career, with core domain knowledge in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
• Bonus: Experience with financial planning or enterprise reporting systems; experience in large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
