Financial Analyst | STACK Infrastructure

The Tone:

As a Financial Analyst, this role is essential in supporting the construction finance function by managing equity calls, conducting budget-to-actual analyses, and creating cash flow forecasts. This position directly contributes to driving informed decision-making and supporting strategic financial initiatives across various departments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Capital Calls: Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls from investors, ensuring that necessary funding is received in a timely manner to support ongoing projects.
• Project Finance: Assist cross-functional teams with accurately tracking costs and developing detailed cash flow forecasts for projects currently in their diligence phases.
• Variance Analysis: Track and monitor recurring variances in financial data, identifying key trends and potential risk areas that could impact forecast accuracy and financial projections.
• Process Optimization: Improve existing financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to enhance overall rigor, efficiency, and scalability within the finance function.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that facilitate efficient data management and support informed decision-making for various stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills.
