The Tone:
This is a three-year Finance Development Program Analyst role at Ocean Spray Cranberries, offered in a hybrid model based out of Lakeville, MA. Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned cooperative, built by farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers, focused on producing beloved cranberry products. This program provides recent college graduates with a structured opportunity to gain diverse experience, develop critical finance and leadership skills, and grow into future business leaders within the organization.

• Mission: To shape aspiring finance and accounting professionals into future finance business leaders through unique rotation experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Learn and understand key elements across three 12-month rotations within Ocean Spray’s Commercial, Operations, and Corporate Finance functions.
• Adapt: Quickly adapt to new assignments and contribute value to each rotational position.
• Present: Present contributions and professional development to executive leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Develop: Develop financial, leadership, and teamwork skills through formal training and on-the-job experiences within the program.
• Engage: Engage with assigned peer and professional mentors to navigate Ocean Spray’s corporate culture, values, and FDP goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, expected to be completed before the September 2027 program start date.
• Experience: A minimum of one relevant internship and/or co-op experience is required, totaling at least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated academic achievement with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
