What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in the established Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) to build foundational skills and network with a growing community of analysts.
• Accelerate: Belong to a multi-year cohort and participate in activities specifically designed to accelerate professional development and career progression.
• Explore: Gain exposure to all areas of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) through program-led case studies, job shadows, presentations, and senior leader/alumni panels.
• Influence: Nurture influential partnerships with leaders across Target by providing credible, quality, and reliable financial insights.
• Contribute: Actively contribute to cross-functional teams by applying analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program, with a preference for Finance or Accounting majors.
• Experience: Possess a successful internship or other related work experience in a relevant field.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, alongside strong planning and organizational proficiency.
