This Financial Analyst position is essential for supporting key financial processes like planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the Power Delivery MEC businesses. What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Financial Cycles: Support the annual budget and monthly forecast processes for the business.
• Report Performance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop Financial Tools: Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, key performance metrics, reporting tools, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Optimize Processes & Systems: Drive efficiency in financial processes and reporting, including implementing and optimizing ERP and financial tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in relevant financial roles, including hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Vista, or similar platforms.
