This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Plymouth, MI, for NMS Talent Consulting. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and interpret key financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the creation and management of organizational budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Performance & Variance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, identify financial trends, and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and contribute to process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, possessing strong foundational finance knowledge.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, coupled with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Skills: Financial Planning (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis); Advanced Analytical Skills (data interpretation, variance analysis); Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA); experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
