What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Prepare annual hospital budgets with input from senior leadership, field directors, and historical trends.
• Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Forecasting: Update financial forecasts based on budget variances, historical trends, leadership feedback, and new departmental information.
• Reporting: Update monthly financial reports, communicate results, and assist in preparing quarterly board of director slides.
• Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and support team goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, with strong functional and technical knowledge of financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, consistent and effective communication, a collaborative nature, and a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
