What You’ll Actually Do
• Present: Create monthly financial presentations that summarize business results, highlight major performance factors, and outline key risks and growth opportunities for leadership review.
• Develop: Develop effective presentation materials and reporting tools that communicate financial findings clearly to internal audiences and external partners.
• Translate: Convert detailed financial results into concise business stories that explain trends, current performance, and future expectations.
• Support: Support the annual planning cycle by collecting assumptions, reviewing submissions, building financial models, and preparing materials for organization-wide budget communication.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather budget inputs, confirm supporting detail, and maintain consistency in financial assumptions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Experience: Experience in performing financial analysis, developing reports, and supporting budgeting cycles, including preparing lender-facing budget presentations.
• Skills: Data analysis and interpretation, financial modeling, presentation development, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting visibility improvement.
