What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the company’s financial performance to identify and interpret key business trends and underlying drivers.
• Financial Planning: Support the comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed financial reports, conduct thorough variance analyses, and develop management reporting to highlight critical insights.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner actively with leaders across sales, accounting, operations, and supply chain to provide financial support for strategic business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial reporting, refine processes, and contribute to ongoing business analytics initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required. This role is ideal for an early-career professional.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are mandated. However, prior internship or early career experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business analytics is considered a plus.
• Skills: Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
