What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across all revenue streams.
• Financial Reporting: Contribute to revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings calls, MD&A, and associated analysis.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze actual revenue performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers.
• Model Enhancement: Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term and multi-year forecasts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Product teams to understand key drivers influencing forecasts and budgets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a related field.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts; ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics; strong business modeling skills; excellent interpersonal and consultative communication with well-developed presentation skills.
