Job Description:
The role is for a Finance & VC Intern, a remote position based in the US or an aligned time zone. This is an unpaid internship with the clear prospect of transitioning into a paid role post-successful fundraising efforts.
The intern will play a crucial role in Soundly AI’s fundraising endeavors, primarily supporting the CFO and CEO. Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and researching venture capitalists (VCs), angel investors, and various funds, with a particular focus on those based in the Americas.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of the fundraising CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Diligently tracking all correspondence, introductions, and status updates related to investor outreach.
• Preparing comprehensive profiles, detailed notes, and essential meeting preparation materials for upcoming investor conversations.
• Providing general ad hoc support to the CFO and CEO on various financial and fundraising tasks as needed.
Candidates for this position should be:
