About Wells Fargo Finance Internship Program
Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join its 2025 Finance Summer Internship Program. This 10-week program, taking place from June to August 2025, offers interns a comprehensive overview of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture.
The Finance organization at Wells Fargo is comprised of the following groups:
• Commercial Banking Finance
• Consumer, Small and Business Banking Finance
• Corporate and Investment Banking Finance
• Wealth & Investment Management Finance
• Controllers Division
• Chief Operating Office & Corporate Functions Finance
• Corporate Finance
• Investment Portfolio
• Investor Relations
• Technology Finance
• Treasury
• Consumer Lending, Global Treasury Management & Strategic Finance
The internship program is designed to provide undergraduate students with:
• Real-world experience: Gain valuable insights into the finance industry through relevant work assignments.
• Professional development: Participate in formal training opportunities, coaching sessions, and networking events.
• Exposure to multiple business lines: Work across various finance disciplines and gain exposure to different aspects of Wells Fargo.
• Teamwork and collaboration: Develop teamwork and communication skills through group projects and committee assignments.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Basic proficiency in Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities like volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership roles, or non-profit involvement.
• Pursing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration/Business Management. All majors are welcome.
• Demonstrated knowledge, interests, and/or experience in the financial services industry, corporate accounting, managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics.
