About Wells Fargo Finance Internship Program
Wells Fargo is a leading financial services company offering a range of banking, investment, and mortgage products and services. Their Finance organization is comprised of various groups including:

The Finance Internship Program is a 10-week summer program designed for undergraduate students. It offers participants:
• A comprehensive overview of Wells Fargo
• In-depth understanding of company operations, business strategies, and culture
• Relationship building opportunities
• Relevant work assignments
• Coaching and feedback sessions
• Group projects
• Informative learning sessions with key leaders
This internship program provides a blend of business and professional development training opportunities, incorporating real-world experiences and preparing participants for a career at Wells Fargo. Interns will be placed in one of the finance groups listed above, based on location, degree, business needs, and where possible, expressed areas of interest.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through training, military experience, education, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency in Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools
• Involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad programs, leadership positions, etc.
• Pursing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math or Business Administration/Business Management (all majors are welcome)
• Demonstrated knowledge, interests, and/or experience in the financial services industry, corporate accounting, managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics
Program Duration: 10 weeks, June-August 2025 (exact dates TBD and subject to change)
