Location: Onsite role in Pensacola, FL
Duration: Long term ongoing with no end end date
Pay Rate: $17/hr on W2

About the Role
This is an entry-level position directly with a direct banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, processing, and resolving various financial requests related to Certificates, Individual Retirement Arrangements (IRAs), and Payable on Death (POD) accounts. This role involves interaction with members, the contact center, and branches, requiring a keen eye for detail to identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities (Day-to-day operations)
- Process and place holds on deposited checks.
- Review, add, and edit beneficiaries on member accounts.
- Complete certificate maturity instructions.
- Open and close certificate products.
- Identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place necessary holds, and provide documentation for review.
- Additional duties may be added based on business needs, with training provided.
Required Skill Sets

- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Effective skill in exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.
- Effective organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
