Job Description

Financial Analyst | Bland

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Bland, located in San Francisco. Bland AI is a voice AI platform designed for enterprises managing high-volume, complex call center operations. The company built its entire voice AI stack from scratch, including transcription, LLM, and TTS, to overcome issues like latency and reliability that hindered early voice AI. This proprietary approach enables the platform to autonomously resolve up to 65% of inbound calls, handling multi-step workflows, authentication, business-rule-based routing, and live data lookups for regulated industries. With roughly 80 employees and a lean internal team, this role is critical to building the foundational financial and operational structure necessary for the company’s growth, offering a unique opportunity to learn how a startup truly functions.
