• Mission: Drive decision-making, translate insights into meaningful actions, and enable great ideas to come to life across Nestlé USA.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive strategic business decisions by translating financial insights into actionable plans for Nestlé USA.
• Support some of the world’s most well-known brands through comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
• Gain hands-on experience through a 3.5-year rotational program, starting in manufacturing finance.
• Expand skills across various finance functions such as operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance.
• Chart your career path by selecting two additional rotations to align with personal and professional development goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering completed between December 2026 and June 2027, or a 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance completed during the same period. Entry-level career.
• Experience: Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization.
• Skills: Analytical ability, strong communication, problem-solving, and a readiness to take initiative.
• Bonus: Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above; previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
