The Tone:
This is an in-person, early career rotational program at Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. The Finance Leadership Program is foundational to enhancing Carrier’s world-class, inclusive workforce, specifically by developing future finance leaders who will contribute to market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide, ensuring the company continues to lead with purpose.

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person – Variable locations (Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others; relocation required)
• Pay: $53000–$106000 yearly
• Mission: To build upon formal education and develop future finance leaders by exposing associates to Carrier’s diverse segments and critical finance functions, fostering a strong network, and cultivating analytical, communication, and leadership skills for a successful career journey.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate through functions: Gain exposure to multiple segments and finance functions, which may include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations, based on business needs.
• Relocate annually: Be prepared to relocate yearly for role assignments across various locations such as Florida, North Carolina, or Indiana, with all relocation costs covered by the Company.
• Engage in continuous education: Participate in a continuing educational focus throughout the program, which includes trainings, events, and various case studies to enhance professional skills.
• Receive mentorship: Benefit from mentorship provided by program alumni and executives, guiding your professional development within Carrier.
• Collaborate globally: Work collaboratively with other Finance Leadership Program associates around the globe and connect with Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas to develop skills and tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; less than one year of full-time professional work experience. Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduate to start in mid-June 2027.
• Experience: A minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and willing to travel 5% for training events.
• Skills: Geographically mobile and comfortable with potential annual relocation for rotations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance. Demonstrated leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time jobs while in school. Efficient PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
