The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program at Carrier, located in various in-person locations across the US. Carrier Global Corporation is a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, committed to creating innovations that bring comfort, safety, and sustainability through advancements in temperature control, air quality, and transportation. This role is designed to develop future finance leaders by exposing associates to Carrier’s diverse business segments and critical finance functions, building a strong professional network, and cultivating essential analytical, communication, and leadership skills within a global company focused on ethical practices, environmental responsibility, and strong financial performance.

• Pay: $53000–$106000 yearly
• Team: Finance organization, participating in a global leadership program network
• Mission: To develop future finance leaders by providing exposure to various segments and finance functions within a market-leading global company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate through multiple segments and finance functions including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations.
• Participate in ongoing educational trainings, events, and case studies to develop and enhance financial and leadership skills.
• Receive mentorship from program alumni and executives to guide professional growth and career development.
• Utilize company benefits such as the Employee Scholar Program and other exclusive resources for continued education and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with other Finance Leadership Program associates globally and across different functional leadership programs within Carrier.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduate starting in mid-June 2027.
• Experience: Less than one year of full-time professional work experience; willingness to travel 5% and ability to relocate annually for rotations.
• Skills: GPA greater than or equal to 3.0; eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; demonstrated leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time jobs while in school; comfort with potential yearly relocation; efficient PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
