What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly analysis that help leaders see the story behind the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Business Partnership: Partner with operating and functional leaders to understand business performance, identify trends, and turn financial analysis into practical recommendations.
• Investment Evaluation: Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities, including capital projects, product launches, marketing initiatives, and other priorities that shape Kohler’s growth.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvement and contribute to strategic projects by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and helping teams move from insight to action.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field no later than June 2026. This is an early-career program.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship. Previous finance or accounting internship experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and learning agility in team-based environments.
• Bonus: Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and accountability through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
