The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at Zoom Tan, located in Naples, Florida, within the Corporate Office. Zoom Tan is recognized as America’s fastest growing tanning and fitness company. This role is designed for an individual eager to grow and develop in the area of Finance, working closely with the existing Finance team. The Accounting Intern will assist and support the development, expansion, and maintenance of the company’s Finance processes, providing valuable contributions to strategic financial operations. This internship offers the opportunity to acquire practical Finance skills and gain knowledge of various accounting strategies, directly contributing to the company’s efficiency and best practices.

• Mission: Supports the Finance team in developing and maintaining financial processes, gaining practical accounting and finance skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Organization: Create new methods for organizing both physical and electronic financial records to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, which will then be utilized in company reports and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• External Communication: Support the Finance team in communicating effectively with various outside vendors, managing relationships and information exchange.
• Proactive Issue Identification: Apply foresight to identify potential issues or discrepancies and promptly inform the Finance team, enabling timely resolution.
