Internship Program Overview
The Tiffany & Co. U.S. Summer Internship Program offers a ten-week immersive experience for aspiring professionals. The program begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City, the birthplace of Tiffany & Co., and provides opportunities for on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of the business, and networking with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns.
Dates: June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Interns are expected to be available for the entire 10-week program.
Location: Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: $25 per hour.
Finance Intern – Jewelry Supply and Diamond Division
The Finance Intern primarily provides financial support for the Jewelry Supply and Diamond Division operations, which include domestic and international production facilities. This encompasses the purchase and manufacturing of stones, raw metal, fabricated metal, components and finished goods, as well as the manufacturing of finished goods at the facilities. The role focuses on assisting with analytics to support effective operational decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:
• Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting: Support monthly reporting processes, annual re-forecast and budgeting processes for the Jewelry Supply and Diamond division’s total incurred costs. Work closely with facility finance and accounting teams to understand financials.
• Strategic Financial Projects: Support the approval process of capital investment requests from facilities.
• Ad hoc work: Assist with management requests and points of strategic interest.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist with refining analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency.
• Safety: Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering constructive feedback on unsafe work behavior.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in undergraduate education.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate finance program.
