What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and track key performance indicators.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, match purchase orders, and record daily cash receipts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the financial team by running data reports to ensure budget allocations align with company goals.
• Auditing & Compliance: Assist staff with month-end closes and gather data for internal and external audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a standard requirement.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems (like Oracle or SAP) or accounting software (like QuickBooks).
