2027 Corporate 12-month Internship – Hilton Accounting and Financial Services | Hilton

The Tone:
This is a full-time and part-time internship at Hilton, located in Memphis, TN. Hilton is a global leader in hospitality, recognized for its award-winning culture and commitment to providing exceptional experiences worldwide. This internship is designed to develop future business leaders, offering real-world professional experience within the critical Finance Team responsible for global financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.

The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time (summer), Part-time (after summer)
• Location: In-person, Memphis, TN
• Pay: $24 hourly with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00
• Team: Finance Team, supporting global financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.
• Mission: Support the Finance Team in managing global financial activities by engaging in impactful projects, conducting research, and analyzing data to contribute to new ideas and solutions.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Engagement: Engage in impactful projects, take part in learning and development workshops, and build connections with Team Members and fellow interns.
• Team Support: Support your assigned team by preparing reports, presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data.
• Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
• Task Management: Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with your team.
• Presentation: Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program, or less than one year of professional experience. Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a full 10-week summer program (40 hours per week) and a part-time program (20-30 hours per week) until June 2028, both onsite in Memphis, TN.
• Skills: Organizational, time management, and communication skills; Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Bonus: Held a leadership role in community or student organization; internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service; experience leading projects or academic initiatives from planning through execution.
