Duties
The Finance Intern will directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Expense report auditing
• Account reconciliation
• Addressing customer pricing errors
• Assisting with month-end financial reports
• Assisting with monthly operational reports
• Helping with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation
• Assisting with audits
• Performing balance sheet reconciliation
• Supporting the payment processing team
• Data entry
• Conducting credit checks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with a demonstrated interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
