• Job Title: Finance Intern
• Core Purpose: To directly assist the Finance Team, gaining valuable experience in a professional setting.
• Key Duties:
• Assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects, including expense report auditing, account reconciliation, and customer pricing errors.
• Assist with month-end financial reports.
• Assist with monthly operational reports.
• Help with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank statement reconciliation.
• Assist with audits.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
• Support the payment processing team.
• Conduct data entry.
• Perform credit checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications:
• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
