This role is crucial for supporting the finance team with daily administrative tasks and foundational financial operations, offering a hands-on opportunity for an intern to gain practical experience in a corporate finance environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Management: Organize, file, and scan essential financial documents.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain and update relevant financial data within company systems.
• Reconciliation Support: Support monthly reconciliations by assisting in the collection of necessary documentation.
• Certificate Handling: Assist with the handling and documentation of tax exemption certificates and the issuance of Certificates of Insurance.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department, including meeting scheduling, document printing, and managing mail.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with basic knowledge of accounting and cash management principles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in cashier, treasury, or finance operations, including internships.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP or online banking systems.
