About the Job: Finance Intern

Program Overview: Ensign-Bickford Industries is seeking talented college students to join its 12-week internship program for the upcoming summer. The program is specifically designed to provide interns with real-world and hands-on experience in areas that align with their interests. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and contribute to changing business practices.

Location: This specific opportunity is located within the AFB International business at its palatant manufacturing facility in St. Charles, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities (Finance Intern):
The Finance Intern will be responsible for supporting all aspects of AFB International’s palatant manufacturing operations. Interns will gain exposure to and support lean manufacturing standards, including:
• Process flow.
• Kaizen techniques.
• Six Sigma techniques.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
Data collection and interpretation.
Root cause analysis.
Corrective action implementation.
Process defect identification and reduction.

• Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
