Finance Content Developer | HR consultancy firm

The Tone:
This is a part-time role at HR consultancy firm. We are an HR consultancy firm that utilizes an Artificial Intelligence System to help candidates match with potential roles. This role is crucial for designing challenging and accurate finance tasks, solutions, and reasoning flows, which are integral to our AI system’s ability to assess and guide candidates in the Finance & Accounting department.

• Mission: Develop high-quality, domain-relevant finance tasks and solutions to support candidate assessment within our AI system.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks across multiple specializations for candidate evaluation.
• Write: Write accurate and well-structured solutions to these finance tasks, ensuring clarity and correctness.
• Develop: Develop clear, consistent reasoning flows that explain the solutions to finance problems.
• Ensure: Ensure clarity, correctness, and alignment of all finance content with professional finance standards.
• Provide: Provide written feedback or clarification notes where additional explanation is needed for tasks or solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree or greater in Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, or Sales.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a finance-focused role, such as investment banking, FP&A, Big Four accounting, or finance consulting.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong grasp of key financial concepts (e.g., discounted cash flow, financial modeling, capital structure, working capital, ROI/IRR analysis), and excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with problem design or technical writing principles.
